George Edward Brannon Obituary
George Edward Brannon, 75, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on April 28, 2025 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 21, 1949 in Brickeys, Arkansas to John Brannon and Daisy (Smith) Brannon. George was a United States Army Veteran. He attended the Walnut Street Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing, driving 18 wheelers, driving tactors, and spending time with family.
Survivors include; one daughter: Amanda Jo Ann Koster (Garry) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three sons: Christopher R Brannon of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Timothy E. Brannon of West Helena, Arkansas, Terry W. Brannon of West Helena, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Kyle Koster (Lindsey) of Bono, Arkansas, Shelbie Aguilar (Anthony) of Barton, Arkansas, Mikah Brannon of Barton, Arkansas; several great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by; his parents: John Brannon and Daisy (Smith) Brannon; wife: Elsie Brannon; three brothers: Larry Dan Brannon, Charles E. Brannon, Albert Human; and five sisters: Margaret Haley, Louise Odel, Anita Powers, Gracie Human, Delphia Reynolds.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and published when known.
