He is survived by: his wife Gertie Lackey; his children, John Lackey-Inman (Michael), Cindy Ayala (Chris) and Cathy L Cathey; his siblings, Danny, Allen Lackey, Brenda Oates and Beverly Archer; his grandchildren, Lindsey Ashlock (Mike), Chelsey Barnett (Sye), Courtney Ghiloni (Ryan) and Dexter Cathey; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Aiden, Delaney, Jo Leigh and Skylar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
