She was predeceased by: her parents, Godfred Kammermann and Minnie Kammermann; and her husband Jay P. Chism. She is survived by: her children, Janice Bradford (Charles) of Jonesboro, Tommy Chism (Vivian) of Jonesboro, John Paul Chism (Tina) of Olive Branch, Phillip Chism of Siloam Springs and Jimmy Chism (Stacey) of Paragould. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
