He is survived by: his wife Viola Russell; his children, Sandra Alstadt (Tod) of Little Rock and Randy Russell (Minnie) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Zachary Alstadt and Erica Brown (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Reid Brown (Autumn), Shelby Brown and Mason Brown; his great great grandchild Raelynn Brown; and his brother Wes Russell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Smithville Baptist Church Building Fund.
