She was predeceased by: her father Harry Duke; and her sister Jean Hisky. She is survived by: her husband David Moore; her daughter Lisa Phillips (Mike); her grandsons, Jason Phillips, Brandon Phillips and Jordan Phillips; her great grandchildren, Kendall Phillips, Lane Phillips and Grayson Phillips; and her sister Pat Surbaugh (George).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
