He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank West and Addie Emmaline Howell West. He is survived by: his wife Anita Joyce Hamrick; his daughter Debbie Slayton (Greg) of Jonesboro; his grandchild Jerry Lynn West (Melissa) of Blevins, Arkansas.; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Kenley, Saylor, Stevie Slayton, Mayson, Khloe and Kayden West; and his nephews, Jeff Bailey, Andy Hamrick, Jonathan Hamrick, Nicholas Hamrick, Tobey Lewis, Brett Hamrick and Rob McAlister. He is also survived by his children but his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
