She is survived by: her husband Joe Williams; her pets, Cissy, Sandi and Spike; her siblings, Randy Nelms (Jan), Ed Nelms (Sara) of Jonesboro, Phyllis Hancock (Tom) of Bay, Sue Manley (late Dennis) of Brookland, Rodger Nelms (Sandy) and Ben Nelms (Nina) of Oklahoma City; her goddaughter Jenny Lingenfelter (Carey); Thayden and Denyka of Fayetteville.
