He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Webb and Dorothy Rogers Webb; and his grandson Kayden Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Webb; his children, Gaylon Webb, Valerie Grass (Jerry), Victoria Riggs (Edward) and Jennifer Roshto (Joe) of Jonesboro; his sister-in-law Sandra Duncan (Ralph); his grandchildren, Shianne Webb, KayLeigh Webb, William Riggs, Kristian Webb-Grass, Brittney Canady, Brandon Walker, Courtney Grass, Gavin Grass, Alaina Pannell and Donovan Pannell; and his great grandchild Emersyn Canady. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
