He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael W. and Millie Ward; his wife Opal Nunn; his brother Doyle Ward; and his daughter Tina Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Clark (Rick) and John Ward (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Andrew Hipp, Tyler Hipp (Emily), Angie Clark, Alexis Tippit, Sydney Ward and Aubrey Defries.
