She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Lewis and Lucille Lewis; and her siblings, Ronnie Lewis, Janette Messenger (Paul) and Judy Lewis.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond Phillips; her children, Terry Wayne Phillips (Karen) of Otwell, Rhonda Mills (TerryJoe) of Valley View and Barry Phillips of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Chance Mills (Haley), Chelsea Ashlock (Jonathan), Jessica Lindsey (Shane), Cody Phillips (Kaitlyn), Chad Phillips, Justin Phillips (Terrilynn), Chase Phillips (Lauren), Abby McClintock (Jackson) and Jodi Ash; and her siblings, Lana Sue Simpson and Stanley Lewis (Sherri). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
