She was predeceased by: her mother Maxine Fields (Callahan); and her brother Michael Dennis Fields. She is survived by: her father J. W. Fields of Valley View; her sons, Michael Stevenson (Linda) of Jonesboro and David Stevenson of Jonesboro; her sister Donna Fields-Harper of Valley View; her grandchildren, Gunter of Jonesboro, Molly of Jonesboro, Melanie of Jonesboro and Josie Stevenson of Jonesboro; and her mother-in-law Patty Stevenson of Hickory Ridge. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
