She was predeceased by: her parents, W. M. Dixon and Florene Dixon (Gary Horne); and her brother Randy Dixon. She is survived by: her children, Chance Horne (Jenni) and Hannah Driskell (Rob); her siblings, Annette Carr (Jerry), Diane Pierce (Gaylon), Traci Cole (Myron) and Nolan Dixon (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Dixon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in honor of June Horne, with heartfelt gratitude for exceptional care and kindness shown to her and our family.
