She is survived by : her father Charles Spradley; her boyfriend Tom Royals; her sons, Jefferey Franklin Barnett Jr. "JJ" (Carrie) and Jarrett Tyler Barnett (Anna); her grandchildren, Quinton, Taryn, Jules, Pippa and JoJo; her great grandchildren, Lola and Lyla; and her siblings, Scott Spradley, Lori Smith, Carrie Spradley Brummett and Jodi Spradley.
