He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dugan and Nellie Rae Dugan (England); and his siblings, Vonnie Dugan, Byron and Elvis Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Dugan (Sanders); his daughter Stacey; his son-in-law Dennis Blake of Piggott, AR; his granddaughter Natalie Blake of Piggott, AR; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Sanders of Jonesboro, AR. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
