He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Dulaney and Juanita Dulaney; his wife Sandra Dulaney; his daughter Cindy Harris; and his brother Jackie Dulaney.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce O'Connor of Hoxie, Teddy Dulaney of Jonesboro, Larry Dulaney, Jr. of Newport and Pamela Johnson of Jonesboro. He is also survived by grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Emerson Funeral Home (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Old Military Cemetery.
