He was predeceased by: his parents, James West and Edna Bishop West of Jonesboro. He is survived by: his wife Linda West; his children, Jammy West (Cyndill) of Harrisburg, Amanda Waters (Danny) of Jonesboro and Tracy Needham of Jonesboro; his brother Gary West (Sylvia) of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, Shane Waters (Taylor), David Needham (Katie), Monica Osburn, Brooke Loggins (Jake), Laeken Waters, Haylee Needham, Hunter Lassen, Colton Ballard and Cameron Ballard. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
