He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Tolley and Myrtle Tolley; and his siblings, Calvin, Jerry, Chester, Lucille and Ruby.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Tolley; his children, Kenneth Tolley (Amy) and Angie Tolley of Jonesboro; his sister Lilly Schrader of Fisk, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kyle, Jax, Justin, Crystal and Chris. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
