She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Wilson and Lillian Wilson; her husband Rev. Melvin B. Echols; her siblings, James Sidney Wilson, Oscar Earl Wilson and Delois Pauline Wilson; her grandson Jonathon Edward Davis; and her great great grandchild Delta Renee Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Leldon Echols (Gwen) of Dallas and Ron Echols (Melissa) of Jonesboro; her brothers, Finis Wilson (Maydell) of Argyle and Dale Wilson (Ruth) of Bristow, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Kristin Kilman (Darren), Candace Mitchell (Josh), Ben Echols (Liz), Jonathan Echols, Laura Echols (Patrick), Kathryn Echols and Christina Echols. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.
