He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Dan Maddox; and his grandparents, Woodrow, Earlene Dollins, Dr Alfred H. and Ernie Maddox.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda Maddox of Jonesboro; his brother Timothy Maddox (Cyndi) of Fayetteville; and his aunt Karolyn Dollins Gregory of Paragould. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
