She was predeceased by: her parents, James Claiborne Stephens and Nancy Belle Beaton; her husband Edward Grayson Gerdes; her siblings, James Carl, Vernon, Thelbert, Eugene, Arlene Ragle, Iva Jamison, Alma White, Wanda Gatewood Hardin, Velma Smith and Loretta Smith; and her sister-in-law Melva O'Neal.
She is survived by: her son Randal (Charlotte Bowers) of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Christie and Greg; her son Mark (Toni Barnhill) of Conway; her grandchildren, Cheyenne and Jim; her great grandchildren, Phillip Gerdes, Ben Luper, Hannah Luper, Mollie Gerdes and Grayson Gerdes; her grandson Keenan Luper; her sister-in-law Lorene Hoelscher Stephens; her close friend Linda Roberts; her caregivers, Christie Gerdes, Andy White, Judy White, Greg Gerdes, Brandy Gerdes and Tammy King; Alvin Green, Tim, Kim Groom and Doris Holladay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends close.
