He was predeceased by: his parent Crela Kay Parrish. He is survived by: his father Howard Ray Spicer; his wife Rebecca Spicer (McTyre); his children, Trevor Spicer (McKenzie) and Jacqueline Gatling (Braden); his grandchildren, Rorie Gatling, Rossie Gatling and Austin Voiles; and his brother Mark Steele.
