He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rudd and Ruby Rudd (Cagle); his wife Imogene Rudd (Rhea); and his sister Freda White. He is survived by: his children, Barry Rudd (Norma) and LaDonna Todd (David) of Jonesboro; his sister Bethel Anschultz of Mont Belvieu, TX; and his sister-in-law Linda Rhea of Jonesboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southwest Church of Christ (1601 James St, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in Norman's honor to the Rutherford Cemetery Association (864 Plum Hill Dr. Jonesboro, AR 72401) or to the Southwest Church of Christ Food Pantry (1601 James St. Jonesboro, AR 72401).
