She was predeceased by: her parents, Lunda Savage and Opal Knapp Johnston; and her son Ray Allen Waters, III. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Catherine Dixon (James); her daughter-in-law Rachele Waters; and her grandchildren, Cole Butler (Sydney), Bailey Pfitzner (Ryan) and Hope Butler. She is also survived by six great grandchildren along with other extended family members and friends.
