He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luke and Virgie Mae Magee (Gray); his grandson Kenneth Richard Magee, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ryland Anthony Magee, Kristyn Ashlee Hayden (Adam) and Ryan Paul Magee (Larissa); his son Kenneth Richard Magee, Sr.; and his sisters, Evelyn Maxine Magee, Minnie Belle Lemonds (Scottie) and Shirley Ann Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Arita; his son William Paul Magee; his grandson Trevor William Caldwell; his son Robert Anthony Magee; his grandchildren, Rayne Marie Magee and Andrew Jacob Mitchell (Kimberly); his great grandchildren, Nathan Lee Higgerson and William Allen Mitchell; his brother-in-law Warren Richard Zuber; his close friends, Tina Diana Miller and Gillian Diane Biggers-Miller; and his niece Deborah Ann Sanders.
