He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Osborn and Laura Hopkins Moore; his wife Gail; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his children, Steve Osborn (Cindy) of Little Rock, Scott Osborn (Mary Beth) of Austin, TX, Susan Osborn of Delray Beach, FL, Sandra Steele of Jonesboro and Stacy McDonald (Doyle) of Austin, TX; and his brothers, George Osborn (Janice) of Jonesboro and Perry Osborn (Judy) of Jonesboro. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
