He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Carvell; his sons, James Carvell (Amber), Jon Carvell (Emily), David Carvell (Tiffany), Dean Collins and Richard Carvell, Jr. (Tracey); his grandchildren, Norah Carvell, Lydia Carvell, Meredith Carvell, Cassie Collins and Morgan Goff (Nathan); and his great grandchild Daisy Kay Michelle Goff.
