He is survived by: his wife Sandra Runnels Puryear; his children, Bryn DuBell (Steve) of Rogers, Cheryl Smith (Scott) of Rogers, Chris Puryear of Jonesboro, Jeff Puryear (Shannon) of Jonesboro, Chad Puryear (Aimee) of Germantown, TN and Elise McKinnon (Leonard) of Fayetteville; and his siblings, Mary Frances Gretel and Fred Puryear (Kay) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and several nieces, nephews.
