He is survived by: his wife Barbara McMillan; his children, Shanda Rogers (Blake) of Jonesboro, Shelle Morgan (Jay) of Jonesboro and Roger McMillan III (Leslie) of Jonesboro; his brothers, Dr. James McMillan of Conway and Steve McMillan (Kathie) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Joseph Waleszonia (Jessica), Jacob Waleszonia, Jason Morgan, Drew Morgan (Danielle), Cade Rogers (Abby), Cydney Rogers, Reese Rambo (Lukas), Micah McMillan, Hayden McMillan and Miles McMillan; and his great grandchildren, Brynlee and Ella Fitzgerald. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; a lifetime of friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Emerson Funeral Home (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401).
