He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom "T. E." Terrell and Enola Hood Terrell; his wife Ann Nell Scarbrough Terrell; and his siblings, Lavelle Terrell and Gaynell Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Brent Terrell (Jamie) of White Hall and Brenna Anthony (Kevin) of Jonesboro; his brother Don Terrell of Olive Branch, Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Austin Terrell (Josie Tomboli), Carsen Terrell, Anna Beth Anthony and Molly Kate Anthony.
