She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Huffman and Allie Huffman; her siblings, Margaret Birmingham, Max Huffman (Toby) and Larry Huffman; her great-nephew Joshua Birmingham; Amy Huffman Boyce.

She is survived by: her husband James E. Johnston (Eddie); her niece Lisa Birmingham; her nephews, Darrell Birmingham (Tammy) of Paragould and David Birmingham of Paragould; her great-nephews, Zachary Birmingham (Jennifer) of Paragould and Lawson Boyce of Little Rock; Kinley, Pressly Birmingham and Alex Huffman of Jonesboro.
