With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Calkin of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon Calkin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Kilpatrick and Jennie Kilpatrick (Oliver); her children, Jody McGill and Robyn Carlisle; and her brother Leon Clay Kilpatrick.

She is survived by : her husband William Calkin; her sons, Bill Caldwell (Katina) and Michael Calkin (Felicia); her grandchildren, Hunter Kennedy (Jayme), Laynce Stroud, Harlow Mansfield, Garrett Caldwell, Madison Calkin, Skylar Calkin and Avery Calkin; her nieces, Candace Harmon (Brad) and Jennifer Kilpatrick; her nephew Mikell Kilpatrick (Angel); her siblings, Nancy Young and Keven Kilpatrick (Kristen); her son-in-law Michael Mansfield; and her brother-in-law Billy Ransom. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W Washington Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Kellers Chapel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial contributions be made in Sharon's name to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
