She is survived by: her husband Dave Barley Jr.; her children, Amanda Barley, Major Micah Barley (Courtney), Justin Barley and Tyler Barley (Alex); her grandchildren, Tristen Hayes (Alivia), Isley Hayes (Ryan), Audrey Barley, William Barley and Annalee Barley; her mother Brenda Curtis; her father-in-law David Barley Sr.; her siblings, Jed Curtis (Cheryl), John Curtis (Marcia) and Penny Bowers (David); her brother-in-law Marty Smith; her nieces and nephews, Chris Curtis (Lara), Derek Curtis (Claire), Whitney Smith (John), Haleigh McCauley (Joe), Emma Curtis, Decklyn Curtis, Jack Curtis and Daniel McMurray; and her aunts and uncles, Tom Scott (Linda), Debbe Kincy and Dee Burgess.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Axios Jonesboro Christian Academy, a program lovingly supported by Dave and Shelly.
