He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Hendrix and Laverne Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Delores Hendrix; his brothers, Russell Hendrix and Joe Hendrix; his son-in-law Tom Parker; his brothers-in-law, W. E. Cooper and Jerry Burnett; his children, Scott Hendrix (Mendy) and Gaye Parker; his grandchildren, Landon, Lia and Lila Hendrix; his sisters, Ina Cooper and Peggy Burnett; his sisters-in-law, Wanda Hendrix and Earline Hendrix; and his pet Toot.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oaklawn Cemetery.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Tommy's memory to Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
