It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vada Gladine Showalter of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Watkins and Gladys Griffin Watkins; her grandson Jeremy Rickard; and her brothers, James Watkins, Gerald Watkins and Earl Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Rickard (Donnie) of Jonesboro and Donald Showalter (Dana) of Jonesboro; and her grandchildren, Jacob Showalter (Hannah), Holly Rickard Ward (Troy) and Sarah Showalter. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
