She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Ellis and Christina Marie Kelley Crites; her husband Edward Dean Wheeler; and her siblings, Kelley Crites, Rita Crites Todd and Veeta Crites Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Robyn Smith of Jonesboro, Greg Wheeler of Monette and Chad Wheeler of Lepanto; her half-brother Bobby Crites of Leachville; her grandchildren, Clint Wheeler (Miranda), Hunter Smith (Nan Lee), Whitney Stepp (Ben), Haley Smithee (Blake), Ethan Wheeler, Courtney Gibbs (Dustin) and Brittney Neff (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Lennon, Raelyn, Addison, Madelyn, Brady, Lila, Anna, Piercely, Elijah, Win, Enoch and Isaiah.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Monette Assembly of God (400 Dewey Ave, Monette, AR 72447). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
