She is survived by: her children, Jerry Carter (Rose), Joe Carter (Brandi) and Judy Harwood (Mark); her grandchildren, Ashley Edwards, Kaitlyn Austin (Drew), Matthew Carter (Reagan), Jake Carter, Hayden Carter, Kayden Carter, Lisa Givens and Kim Demuth; her great grandchildren, Emerson Carter, Ellison Carter, Dakota Davis and Matthew Demuth; and her sister Rita Simpson.
