She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Wortham and Ora Wortham; her husband Charles Crisp; and her son Bart. She is survived by: her brother Elmo Wortham (Geri) of Chicago, Illinois; her children, Brant Crisp (Luanne) and Kelly (Larry); and her grandchildren, Lauren Smith (Noah), Lindsey, Leah, Luke Landwehr, Rachel Crisp, Logan Jackson, Parker and Genevieve Crisp.
