She is survived by: her friend Sierra Hudgens; her granddaughter Karen; her children, Dr. Phillip R. Alston and Karen Alston of Beebe, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Michael, Blake, Sean (Yen) and Jana; her great grandchildren, Rex Hai, Geronimo Khoi and Knox Vinh (Vinny); and her pets, Mona Lisa and Kallie Marie.
