He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Watkins Staggs; his children, Rodney Staggs (Katie) of Little Rock and Alicia Rose (Stephen) of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Jon Thomas Staggs of Little Rock, Will Rose of Blytheville, Caroline and Matthew Rose of Jonesboro.
