She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Hooker and Edna Mae Hooker; her husband Bill Ford; and her sister Bonnie Young. She is survived by: her children, Greg Ford (Sara) of Mountain Home, Brian Ford (Kim) of Bono, Scott Ford (Sandy) of Bono, Mark Ford of Bono and Shelly LeBaron (Ed) of Bono, Arkansas.; and her brothers, Jim Hooker (Marilyn) of West Plains and Mike Hooker (Debbie) of Grapevine, Texas.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Trinity Cemetery in Bono.
