He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Horner, Sr. and Pauline Hooper Horner of Bay Village, Arkansas.; his grandparents, Hoyt, Mae Horner, Edward and Ethel Hooper; and his siblings-in-law, Albert Bert Doss Jr. and Linda Diane Nickel.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Horner; his children, Paul, Jaclyn Horner of Jonesboro, Heather and James Copeland of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lannah, Dylan Karnes, Alex Aspinwall, Makenzie Horner, Langdon Horner, Drew Copeland, Dallas and Lunden Moss; and his great grandchildren, Elley, Lawson, Hartley, Avery, Emerson and Ruthie.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Emerson Funeral Home (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the Bay Village Cemetery.
