He was predeceased by : his parents, Elra Layman Faulkner and Alma Evelyn Faulkner Bullington (Stephens); his siblings, Richard Faulkner and Joan Carolyn James; and his granddaughter Morgan Carter.

He is survived by : his children, Faulkner Jr. (Shelia) and Angie (Ricky Carter); and his sister Doris (Marvin Krauss) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home (103 W Jackson St, Harrisburg, AR 72432). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
