He is survived by: his wife Mae Lamb Neal of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and his children, Terry Bland of Augusta, GA, Derrick Neal of Sherwood, Arkansas, Bianca Neal of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Flescia Neal of Sherwood, Arkansas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
