With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Gibson of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Mounds, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Herndon and Juanita Herndon; and her brothers, William and Lloyd Allen Herndon. She is survived by: her husband Franklin Gibson; her children, Albert Gibson (Debbie) of Jackson and Terry Ross of Jonesboro; and her siblings, Charles Thomas Herndon (Ruth Ann) of Jonesboro, Michael Kent Herndon (Scotty) of Illinois and Susie Cox of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
