He is survived by: his father Johnny "Mac" Leonard, Jr.; his siblings, Christopher Leonard (Kim) of Judsonia, Heather Miller, Samantha Leonard of Searcy and Destiny Morris of Hazen; his grandparents, Johnny, Peggy Leonard, Sr. and Debra Anderson of Hazen; his aunts, Donna Williams, Juliana Freman of Judsonia, Candi Moody (Clint) of Lonoke and Ginger Tripp III (Jimmy Dale) of Hazen; his nieces and nephews, Reyna Riddick Leonard of San Diego, Kira Jo Leonard of Bald Knob, Lydia Miller of Searcy, Brynleigh Mills of Hazen, Hayden Miller, Ashton, Elias Leonard of Searcy and Liam Mills of Hazen; and his fiancé Kadance Grissom of Searcy. He is also survived by cousins and other family, friends.
