She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayburn Gene and Mary Ann Goff; and her husband Johnny Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Bruce of Judsonia and Kim Underwood of Searcy; and her grandchildren, Charles Clark Jr. (Deanna), Danny Ray Clark, Robert O'Dell (Danica) and Monica Powers (Josh). She is also survived by her eighteen great-grandchildren.
