He was predeceased by: his parents, Prince Leo and Blanche Hodges (Rhew); his grandchild Jesse Hodges; and his sister Nora Lee Ivy. He is survived by: his children, Gary Gene Hodges of Bradford and Michelle Cordell (Kevin) of Bella Vista; his grandchildren, Megan Cordell and Jarrett Hodges; and his close friends, Sandra Ring, Jerry Goad, Kenneth Smith, Jeremy Milam and Tony Pruitt. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
