He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Jason Cummins and Nellie Aileen Cummins (Parton); his wife Juanita Cummins; his brothers, Isaac Cummins (Sissy) and Robert Cummins (Geraldine); his sister-in-law Melba Cummins; his nephew Tommy Cummins; and his great-niece Cecilia Cummins.
He is survived by: his children, Emmie Eden (Johnathon), Stacy Covey, Brandon Johnson (DAnna) and Brandy Sloate (Henry); his stepdaughters, Lisa Feagin (Mark), Christy Horton (Johnny) and Amy Davis (Caleb); his siblings, Jerry Cummins (Rebecca), Bill Cummins and Lilly Mae Clark (James); and his son Danny Wayne Ratliff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. And many loving best friends.
