He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kusturin and Joann Lott Simms. He is survived by: his wife Paula Webb Kusturin of Junction City; his son Stephen Webb (Derosia) of Salisbury, Maryland; his stepfather Bill Simms of Haughton, Louisiana; and his sisters, Laurie Kusturin Golson of Haughton and Danee Duke of Monroe.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home to assist with Mr. Kusturin's funeral expenses.
