He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans; his daughters, Melinda Disotell (Keith), April Evans and Kim Nelson; his grandchildren, Dylan Disotell (Caitlyn), Logan Disotell, Ty Disotell (Caitlin), Shelby Nelson, Trey Nelson, Caleb Nelson and Chasity Nelson; his sisters, Lou Ann Moore and Joyce Key (Tommy); and his siblings-in-law, Hollie Evans, Sybil Evans and Larry Martin.
